Sinks:

Properties of the Teka Granite sinks:

Granite sinks have the hardness, resistance and appearance of natural stone, combined with the flexibility and smoothness of modern granite.
They are made from natural granite and small glass particles (80%) mixed with toughened resins (15%) and pigments (5%) to form a smooth but rock hard material. This is because, during the manufacturing process, the quartz crystals are forced into the sink's surface by pressing and heating to achieve a polymeric molecular state.
The surface is virtually scratchproof and will withstand all household chemicals. This gives granite kitchen sinks a unique texture and depth of colour. The sink is 30% lighter than stone, giving ultimate durability without brittleness or colour fading.

Whether you are creating your dream kitchen or redesigning an existing one, the choice of sink is one of the biggest decisions you will have to make. Decorating is all about finding the right mix of colour and design, and this is especially true in the most used spaces. Co-ordinating or contrasting styles to complement the design of your home is an exciting challenge.

Let your imagination soar when you pick a shade from the Teka colour chart.
